Procedure Collect key n sent key easy,just keep in touch. Deposit rm100 trnsfer bfore stay,1 day before. House near to all intrsting place. Psr mlm only weeknd.

Easy to self check in. Located near to many shop. Njoi tv provided, so we can still watch tv at night time.

The apartment was spotless. Quiet and calm place to stay. 7eleven, restaurant and groceries shop at ground level, easy access and very convenient. At night til early morning, it was really foggy which is something i like. Never had that experience before. The host was very helpful, super responsive and they even created a whatsapp group to communicate with guest. The checking in and checking out process went smoothly, they've already given the clear instructions in the whatsapp group. The apartment was big enough for the four of us, really worth the price. You won't get any cheaper than that. Really looking forward to my next visit.

I enjoyed my stay in this apartment. Firstly, I really appreciate the customer service and how they always asked my whereabouts and updated all the details regarding the self check in + check out instructions through the whatsapp group. Flawless communication since I could have a direct conversation with them and the staff are always very pleasant and helpful too. The parking space was provided, convenience store within distance and also the view from the balcony is amazing. The apartment was clean, cozy, comfortable and well equipped, not to mention all of that comes with an affordable price. Overall, we do enjoyed our time here and will surely rebook this apartment when we have a trip here in the future! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

My unit is facing the terrace house and hills. aircond only at the living room. But i think we dont need it because it was very cold in the night, 17`c. 7 eleven and grocery store is at the ground floor in the same block. The famous night market also right in front of the block. There are also 99 speedmart, halal restaurant, steamboat restaurant walking distance at the ground floor. There are also many parking down the block for the unit.

The room is near from restaurants and shops , so quiet at night and cool place without on fan plug , the staff very helpfull and give me clear instructions only through with whatsapp, they also provide towel and cooking facilities , im stay at balcony area at night its very cool
